EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE - If you are a Heritage resident experiencing one of the following issues, please call 888-777-9715:
- A Water/Plumbing Leak - Immediately shut off the nearest water valve (example, the water valve behind the toilet, or under the sink)
- Non-working Air-Conditioning or Heat if ambient outside temperature is ABOVE 75 degrees (SUMMER), or BELOW 55 degrees (WINTER).
- Damaged/Broken Downstairs Window or Entry/Exit Door
NON-EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE - All other maintenance requests may be emailed to us by using this form (please place Service Request link here)
GAS LEAK - Immediately call PGE at 800-743-5000
LOCKED OUT OF YOUR UNIT - 888-777-9715 - A $50.00 fee must be paid with cash at time of service to the Heritage staff member who responds to this call. If a 3rd party vendor is called, you must pay their fee directly.
