Central Park & Common Area Rules

Golden Valley is proud to offer a large Central Park, complete with two pools, spa, fitness center, outdoor seating areas and charcoal BBQ's, basketball court, playground, and a large green space!  And, we have a large clubhouse available for resident parties and non-commercial events!   We work hard to keep our common areas clean, safe, and beautiful for Golden Valley's residents.  In return, rules are in place to ensure appropriate and safe use.

All common area amenity rules are subject to change at the discretion of the Golden Valley Apartments Owners Association.

Clubhouse Reservations

The Golden Valley Clubhouse is located in the Central Park, and is open 7 days a week for reservation requests.

Current residents may reserve the clubhouse free of charge for 8 hours, with a $500 deposit. The deposit may be refunded if the Clubhouse (including walls, flooring, windows, glass, furnishings, decor, ceiling fans, light switches, and all contents) are returned free of damage and fully cleaned.  Residents are financially responsible for any damage to community amenities and/or furnishings.  Residents are responsible for the actions of their guests.  Please advise your guests to observe community rules.

If you are interested in reserving the Clubhouse, please bring a money order for $500, payable to Golden Valley Apartments Owners Association, to the Ascend Property Management office (https://ascendbakersfield.com).
