Bounce Houses

We understand that residents sometimes want to include a bounce house, water slide, or related service for their birthday parties and events.  As a private property, we must require certain items and/or vendor services to receive prior, written approval from Heritage PMR.  We have made this process simpler by arranging for a trusted vendor, Incredi-Jump, to provide a standard bounce house, with an attendant and a power generator, for a 4-hour rental period for $140.00 payable directly to the vendor.  We don't allow any other vendor to provide services in the common areas without:  1) prior, written approval from Heritage PMR, 2) a copy of vendor's liability insurance policy, 3) a signed release of liability provided by Heritage PMR, and 4) a power generator (if applicable).  If you wish to have a bounce house or other such service, please contact Incredi-Jump at 661-364-9200.  Violations of this policy will be considered lease violations, and may result in penalties and/or lease termination.  It is our obligation and responsibility to ensure the common areas are used safely and securely.

Central Park Rules

Our Central Park lawn is our community's most important gathering space!  Please enjoy responsibly:

  • Park lawn is open from 6am to 10pm, 7 days a week.

  • The pools, gym, lawns, and clubhouse veranda areas are not available for private rental, and may never be closed to residents for any private events.

  • Smoking and/or vaping are not allowed in the Central Park lawns, playground, bbq areas, basketball court, pool area, laundry room, and of course the gym.

  • A designated smoking area is located in the small park on the west side of the gym building; please dispose of cigarettes in the receptacle provided.  Please note illegal substances may not be used on property at any time.  Never place cigarettes or other flammable items into a dumpster unless they have been properly extinguished and sealed in a separate bag.  Please ask courtesy patrol for help finding the designated smoking area; the location may be adjusted to accommodate other park uses.
